Dear authors, please take into consideration that the review process is taking some time so you should not expect that your papers can be evaluated in a very short time. Only after careful consideration we can give you an answer regarding the publishing decision. The review process usually takes two to four weeks.
Authors cannot publish more than two papers per issue, even if they are co-authors for at least one paper.
Please use the journal template (in the bottom of the page) for writing your paper. Do not modify the journal template.

Romanian Journal of Petroleum & Gas Technology is published two times a year. The preferred language for papers is English. Other languages such as French and German will be accepted.
Manuscripts submitted to Romanian Journal of Petroleum & Gas Technology should neither be published previously nor be under consideration for publication in another journal. The Journal publishes regular research papers/articles, reviews, communications, and short notes, with no restriction on the length of the papers (but an even number of pages).
- Article: These are original research manuscripts. The work should report scientifically sound experiments and provide a substantial amount of new information. The article should include the most recent and relevant references in the field. The structure should include an Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Experimental Data, Results, Discussions, and Conclusions sections, with a suggested minimum eight pages.

Review: Reviews offer a comprehensive analysis of the existing literature within a field of study, identifying current gaps or problems. They should be critical and constructive and provide recommendations for future research. No new, unpublished data should be presented. The structure can include an Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Relevant Sections, Discussion, Conclusions, and Future Directions, with a suggested minimum eight pages.
All submitted manuscripts should be as concise as possible and should include the structure above mentioned. The whole responsibility for the accuracy of the calculation, experimental data and scientific interpretations/assessments, as well as for the accuracy of the text in the foreign language, belongs entirely to the authors. Submission of the manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for a publication elsewhere. All communications must indicate the name, phone number and e-mail address of the author to whom proofs should be sent.
Authors are advised to send the ORCID account to the editor-in-chief, and if it does not exist, to create an ORCID account (it can be created for free). After publication, the article can be added to the authors’ ORCID account.
